Inga was my first recruit when I became Head of Tech at Coniq. We had previously interviewed her a year earlier, but the company had been unable to follow through with a job offer. I knew that she was someone I wanted to work with, and luckily for me (and Coniq), Inga responded once the company's situation had changed. An extremely capable Agile coder, Inga has ownership of sections of Coniq's product offering. She is an integral member of the tech team, much respected and valued, and was instrumental in the very complex process of onboarding our off-shore supplemental development team. As her manager, I had no issues with giving her tasks to complete and often discussed stretch goals. As a consequence, I can see her skillsets, which already makes her very valuable, only getting deeper and broader. Inga has been a pleasure to work with. As a young (relative to me!) developer, she is dedicated, skilled, curious, disciplined and ambitious. She responds well to feedback, and is comfortable with one to one direct conversations. I can only hope that I get the fortune to work with developers with the same set of characteristics. If the opportunity came to work with Inga again, I would be very happy.
