Created opportunities to bring together alumni, bridged a gap between alumni and students, and help alumni maintain a connection to the law school. Managed 65+ local and regional special events including annual dinners, reunions, Supreme Court Admission, cocktail receptions, meetings, CLEs, panel discussions, sporting events, toy drive and other philanthropic events. In charge of all event logistics, event budgets, contract negotiation and event branding.Oversee regional and international alumni clubs. Direct the School’s Mentor and Recent Graduate Programs. Initiated OUTlaw, the LGBTQ Alumni Group, M.A.C., the Masters Alumni Community, for LL.M. graduates and manage the BALLSA Alumni Group. Manage In-House Counsel, Public Interest, Labor & Employment, Personal Injury and Legislation & Policy area of practice groups as well as other Alumni Association subcommittees. Serve as advisor to the Latin American Law Students Association.Director of the Annual Public Service Auction 2008-2011.

Oversaw all event logistics for the first-ever Educational Equity Symposium which resulted in a new initiative at the College. Events involved simultaneous lectures over the course of two days with specially invited local and international scholars, and public officials.Managed the operational budget and solicited for campaign funding and in-kind donations.Managed the strategic planning group, coordinated VIP dinners, oversaw media/policy as well as travel, accommodations and reimbursements for guest speakers.Performed site visits at event venues and hotels. Negotiated vendor contracts and oversaw all event details. Set up the school’s first online event registration with credit card payment capability and created campaign’s first database.Recruited and supervised volunteers and collaborated with Dean’s Office, Office of Communications, Institutional Advancement and Alumni Affairs.
