Over the past few months, my team and I have conducted the Design Thinking process together with our corporate partner Tom Schäpper and the HW Babycenter. The result: a clear, simple and future-oriented shopping experience in the area of E-CommerceThe Briefing was: how do young (expectant) mothers shop baby products online?Firstly, we have created female and male Personas because this question can not be limited to mothers only. Then, we have pictured the User and Customer Journeys to recognize the Painpoints and identify the Critical Functions from the actual (old) Webdesign. Moreover, we did quantitative and qualitative interviews with 100+ persons and derived from this the needs of the users. The following steps were, working on different Prototypes and testing the functionalities continously with the target group in order to have the perfect user-oriented end result. For Prototyping I did paper Wireframes, Scribbles and Sketches. Finally, we created fully-interactive high-fidelity Prototypes with Proto.io.In this project all my previous skills could become one together: to conceive and implement innovative and creative user-oriented solutions with a clear strategy. Due to my project management skills I had also the role not to lose sight of the big picture and to lead my team to the goal.

      I was responsible for further development, implementation, monitoring, community management, creation and moderation of facebook groups, online marketing measures of over 200 social media channels (via Facebook, Instagram and YouTube). The highlight of my internship was the conception, further development and project responsibility of the new youth and influencer platform for the Swiss generation Y and Z called Swissfeed. Swissfeed addressed 14- to 26-year-olds. Users were reached via the Swissfeed website, Instagram and Facebook. Swissfeed originated from the Swissfeed channel on Instagram, which achieved around 8 million impressions per month and has been expanded into a holistic medium. There I could reposition the brand, do various interviews and push the brand on Social Media. By expanding my skills, I have found that I flourish fully if I can work on a project from start to finish and, above all, if my innovative ideas have a great impact.Another part was creating online articles for a big event as the Miss Switzerland competition. On top of that, I was backstage live at the Miss Switzerland show for representing the brand on Social channels (Instagram, Facebook; postings, stories, overall engagement with the audience). For the time after my internship I got an offer for a role of a Deputy Head of Social Media Distribution. Unfortunately, LikeMag had to file for insolvency, which is why I have accepted a new challenge.
