Indranil Banerji (Indranil or better 'Indra" ) has his lovely 'Vajraayud' of NIRMA handy and 'Iyaravatham' of Ahmedabad. I know him closely to be an ace performer on Marketing, Branding, Improvements & most important of all Innovations during my association with him at Apollo Hospitals Ahmedabad (that was my golden period of a decade association with Apollo where i learnt the true meaning of human love and affection even in a hectic corporate world reverberating with targets, performances and appraisals). Performance with every possible thing on hand is one thing BUT performance and bringing success without having virtually 'nothing' in hand is another thing. The most astounding performances were brought in by Indranil during our time when the then Chief Minister (Now Hon'ble PM of India) Shri Narendra Modiji was "made" to inagurate Apollo's City Centre and made an brilliant speech in Gujarati which made almost all professionals spell bound (some time in 2003/04 period). Indranil has always been presenting even to international PEs (Investors) facts as facts which did not dilute the pattern of investment and more it was appreciated to talk practical things than trumpeting on artificial manner. Kudos to Indranil my good friend and I was proud to the the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) during that time in Apollo Ahmedabad (immediately after my stint with Apollo Colombo which was inaugurated as the First International Hospital for Apollo Hospitals Group in 1999/2000)
