  ⁃ I co-ordinate all office administration as well as on any operational activities and issues and ensure all Preventive Maintenance System & Marriot System is being followed as per Policies & Procedures. ⁃ Prepare of necessary report (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Basis) ⁃ Responsible of compiling and updating data in computer on all information such as store inventory, repair log, preventive maintenance program, checklist, and report. ⁃ Monitor all incoming call - internal and external call. ⁃ Prepare, reply, take action, type, and distribute all or any necessary internal / external correspondance, cc email, and queries. Ensure that a copy of any sorts is filled accordingly for reference. ⁃ Retrieve incoming mail every morning for any important information, which Engineering associates may need to know, print it out and present and brief them during morning briefing. ⁃ Co-ordinate with all Engineering associates on daily operational tasks especially general defect that require urgent attention. ⁃ Update attendance records (times sheet, overnight shift allowance, overtimes, public holiday, medical leave, and annual leave) and to summitted to Human Resources by Payroll Master before the monthly payrol cut-off date. ⁃ Co-ordinate with outside contractor / supplier when required on request for quotation, purchase item, delivery schedule, outstanding invoice, periodical maintenance and servicing schedule.
