Responsible to drive Capex and Opex program delivery performance to meet with targeted outcome (cost, time, and quality) as well as to ensure the execution is aligned with HSSE standard, Shell design, and retail business objective. 4. Develop long-term capital plans called Multi Year Plan for Indonesia Network Strategy in alignment with Global Engineering team and continuous improvement in terms of cost, time and quality.5. Work with Global team to explore and implement global best practices (with local adjustment as necessary) and fit for purpose design and processes for EPCM and maintenance programs in line with Network Strategy for Indonesia. 6. Manage key stakeholder relationship with other function within Shell Retail business, including Marketing, Operation, and other external third parties, including government authorities.
