      I work with Subject Matter Experts to compile, design, and implement online training and courses. This includes determining which Learning Management System may be appropriate for their needs and all marketing associated with launching an online course or event. March 2018 - December 2020, University of Texas School of Public Health:Project to assist faculty with online course creation for a new online MPH degree program. This included producing video lectures on topics such as Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Genetics, designing that online course content, and troubleshooting any needs in Canvas with faculty and students. This was a rewarding experience to get a behind-the-scenes look at University accreditation and the course/degree creation process. Health and Wellness teachings from these projects and the Family Business atmosphere I have been in all of my career have led me to my current responsibilities at the Family Business Collaboration and Natural Bio Health.

      Chester and I would not give up the experiences we gained working in our family business, good and bad, that supported the path we have since chosen.
