As a Project Manager working as an active interface between the Engineering division, Client & the Manufacturing unit. Representing Engineering team for the projects on the client meetings. Responsible for having the components and the piping registered with ABSA and other jurisdictions as applicable. Additionally, possess the knowledge of Leading the Quality Control department, involved in various forms of weld inspection / shop quality documentation needs. Involved in Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluations. Sub-vendor bid package preparations. Reporting to the client and the Top Management on project status weekly. Co-ordinating between departments and effective team handling. Effective use of MS projects and scheduling the project delivery plan and delivering them on time. Development and Review of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram. Familiar and Experience with Field Instruments and Controls. Involved in FAT Field Installation Assistance & Commissioning of Glycol Dehydration system and Three Phase Separator / Treater / Heater and other packages designed and built by BS&B. Participated in Hazop and design review meetings with the Clients. Conversant with engineering standards and client specifications.Understanding of ASME Sec VIII Div.1 Pressure vessels & B31.3 piping’s codes and standards.Assist in the design / fabrication of the Instruments for the burner controls as per the last CSA B149.3Consistently ensure cost control on the project to meet the budget and identify the areas for any improvement.Track and communicate project status to upper management & client through MS project reports periodically. Manage and execute multiple projects at the same time.Perform commissioning assistance if required for the projects.Perform detail design in Instrumentation for the projects when ever required
