With this, we intend to promote awareness, not only regarding people's rights, but also concerning their duties in accountability for the quality of medical care provided. As a Product Owner of the project, I was the bridge between the Development team and the Project team. The Development Team is a result of an agreement with a Software Engineer Professor, Mário Zenha-Rela, and it is composed by 300 students (from the bachelor degrees of both informatics engineering and design and multimedia) from University of Coimbra. I was the responsible for making the business requirements perceptible and accomplished by the DEV team. The project aims to generate a paradigm shift with the development of a patient-centered application where your relevant clinical information can be constantly updated and subsequently accessed by Health professionals in routine or emergency situations.
