      A further great opportunity at Altera Infrastructure AS. During this tenure I had a project manager responsibility within an overall digital transformation journey. Complementing that role, I delivered on an HR advisor (business partner) role, covering onshore HC and business partnering with all function leads at the company on talentacquisition, employee follow up and conflict resolution matters. Some of the highlights during my 12-month-contract with project accountabilities: - Project lead: global HR system integration, planned and executed during the deployment of the pandemic - Global change implementation on-time within budget applying ADKAR and minimal viable product methodology across business units, org. culture and time-zones - Leadership advisor. Employee full-life-cycle support, conflict resolution - Performance, succession, promotion - International strategic talent acquisition & onboarding - Negotiation, contract management, mitigation/exit - Handling mobility during Covid and Brexit - Successful implement a Covid-friendly hiring and onboarding program for expats - Development of turnover KPI-analytics and offboarding rutines - 6 successful key strategic hires during 2020 (covid kicked off march 2020) There is a lot to say about this experience during which I should overcome considerable professional as well as private challenges. Key learnings relate to the human factor. Leading, inspiring, supporting, engaging and developing people during such turbulent times of pandemy and shortages of all kinds has definitely been life changing. It turned me upside down, shaked me, questioned my resilience and gave me the motivation for exploring futher academical paths to which I dedicated most of 2021 after my temporary assignment at Altera.       After several career-fairs, hundreds of CVs, phone calls, diapers, volunteering, attendance at social events, sleepless nights, baby gym, further academic education, language lessons..., I had the pleasure to meet a key person who helped me to overcome final barriers to get into the Norwegian labour market. Starting again from the grassroots, my first assignment was at an oil and gas (infrastructure) company where my role developed from being a recruitment coordinator to be responsable for all recruitment processes- and systems matters, vendor relations, communication, recruitment-technology. Over 50 positions filled within 12 months as our jointly recruitment effort result. Some of the additional project accountabilities refer to: - Methodical and didactical desing of competency trainings within HR and recruitment matters, increasing both reliability and validity - Planning, conduction, analysis and readback of employee surveys feeding leadership-development - HR Digitalization: Quality assurance of HR archives observing and adapting GDPR (2018) - Quality assurance E-learning quality consultant concerning storyboard content with successful rollout (Q1 2019) As the temp. position (vikariat-covering parental leave) ended, Adecco offered me another position needlesly. This time as an HR advisor at the Faculty for Natural Science - Institute for biology, where I served and deployed the Institutes´daily personell administration agenda, autonomously. A highly inspiring environment where I got familiarized with the levels of micro-plastic in our waters, salmon-louce and the Sintef SeaLab, Center for Biodiversity, Center for Meteorology and Polar Prediction, ... A great opportunity to explore a fantastic multicultural tech company with a truly global footprint and matrix org. structure. Life does though often play different as expected. This was indeed also a period of grievance after personal loss. Several thousand of screened CVs, hundreds of interviews, a high contracting and turnover volume converted some tasks in almost spinal reflects. Being this a smaller business we pioneered the opportunities of social media and new information technology in a highly agile way wiht endless loops of exploration and adaption. All in all a fantastic and developmental experience which culminated academically with the achievement of my human resources management MSc and a further opportunity in a large scale global tech consulting company to drive the talentmanagement and -acquisition agenda.
