I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend Imre van Kraalingen. As my secretary and writing assistant, Imre has shown remarkable skills in both academic and non-academic writing and editing. Her interpersonal and communication skills are flawless, she works structured and efficient and is not afraid to step up her game. Throughout our cooperation, Imre has developed her knowledge and skills with relation to immigration and integration issues, migration theory as well as the impact of the environment on cultural changes within a population. Imre has a great desire to understand how we as humans got where we are today. She stands out as one of the most dedicated and passionate people I have met; therein caring deeply for the natural environment, as well as for all individuals who are part of the human community. Imre has an excellent knowledge of cultural sensitivity and awareness, and her holistic and interdisciplinary perspective is remarkable. As her manager, it is my view that Imre van Kraalingen is fully qualified to take on the responsibilities both as project worker and project manager within the fields of both environmental sustainability and social and cultural change.

Imre What a pleasure it has been to have Imre join Yoga Uganda this month. It only happens once in a while that someone reflects back at you all that you hold dear in your heart. In Imre I found a dedicated yogi who lives, breathes and exudes yoga. She successfully encompasses in her classes the rich tradition of yoga, its philosophy and history with carefully cued asanas and pranayama. Her creativity, big heart, generosity and love for people and new places is relevant on and off the yoga mat. She is a natural leader who overcame any potential challenges of teaching students with a limited understanding of English with grace and ease. The students felt her warmth, joy for life and patience and gravitated towards her. She recently led our community yoga class, leading 20 Ugandans and expats through a grounding sequence, successfully weaving in threads of the more subtle elements of yoga. I attended that class and not only felt safe and connected but also challenged and inspired. During her stay in Uganda Imre donated her time teaching yoga in an orphanage and to social workers who spend time in remote regions helping women of gender based violence. Not only is she open hearted, humble, gentle and spiritual she is also down to earth, dependable, a great cook and reliable. If Imre comes your way you are in for a treat
