  i have more than 22 years of experience in the field of power generation / water treatment plant operation and commissioning in pakistan and arabian gulf from 135 mW to 2400 mW power generation and desalination plant with MHI, BABCOCK & WILCOX,AES, MEW KUWAIT and ELPASO. responsible for smooth operation of the plant in enviroment friendly and cost effective way according to the guidelines set by the company.review day to day performance of the plant attending load despatches from NPCC startup and shut down of the plant according to normal and emergency situation.issuance of all kind of work permits.preparation of daily reports.Participated in preparation and review of SOPs (system operating procedures), training of new commers.   30/08/1999 to date working in Saba Power Plant(Formerly A Subsidiary of ELPASO Corporation USA) responsible for smooth operation startup and shut down of the plant in cost effective way,load dispatches as per demand of NPCC according to PPA..Involved in commissioning start up and commercial operation of the plant including Boiler ( 416 t/h BABCOCK & WILCOX USA AND TOSHIBA JAPAN),  steam turbine 135 MW (TOSHIBA JAPAN),  water treatment plant (ECODYNE CANADA), waste water treatment plant, Fuel oil (High Sulfur Furnace Oil & high Speed Diesel Oil) receiving and handling system.  Fire fighting system,  6.6 kV switch gear room operation  132 kv switch yard operation. DCS  Using Honeywell experion PKS (Process knowledge system) and balley symphony infi 90 Control system to control main Plant and Allen Bradley PLC to control Deminerlised water treatment Plant Receiving safety training as per OSHA standard regarding work permit hot work permit gas testing, confined space entry, cpr, ppe, first aid, fire fighting etc. 30.01.97 to 06.08.99 AES CORPORATION (USA) at LALPIR Power Plant Worked as an Operation Engineer Involved in commissioning startup and commercial operation scheduling and budgeting of 365 mw*2 (730 MW ) steam power plant with AES and MHI (MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES JAPAN) and utilities,  Boiler 1200t/h (MHI Japan) Forced circulation tangent firing with reheater Emergency diesel generator (1 mw)  Reverse osmosis water treatment (130 t/h) Deminerlize water treatment (120 t/h) Flue gas desulphurization plant.
