  Secondments: PepsiCo- I undertook two different roles during my 9 month secondment. My first role was a Crop Technician where I was in charge of organising and carrying out yield digs for over 100 fields. I then moved into an Agro Compliance role where I was in charge of collecting sprout control invoices among other responsibilities. This role has helped my develop my communication skills as I’ve had to have regular contact with suppliers and stakeholders.   I started as a team member and slowly built my confidence working on a busy bar. I learned a lot about how to work as part of a team and how to deal with customer complaints. I was then promoted to shift leader and gained extra responsibilities. I was a key holder and was responsible for holding the safe while on shift.
