This involved identifying and analysing key stakeholders, conducting interviews, and analysing options that canvassed stakeholder and technology requirements, constraints, risks, and project costings.• Requirements gathering, and stakeholder analysis of internal and external stakeholders to improve the regulatory framework of Rail investigations. Built process maps of the internal and external workflow. Developed a project plan for the Safer Rail team to follow, post project closure.• Taking over the delivery of regulating the Inspector Organisations (IO) of Heavy Vehicles entering New Zealand. Planning a vigorous checking method of IO quality and capability. Developed a project plan including managing the time of external legal services. Developed a handover document to ensure the process can be repeated on a three-year cycle.

I enabled projects to be delivered within time and on budget by adherence to frameworks, maintaining documentation; monitoring and reporting project controls; identifying and managing risks/issues and managing budgets and cost variances throughout a project’s life cycle.Key Achievements: • Successfully managed the deployment of an interface ensuring two risk management systems that were simultaneously used in the business were reflecting the same financial details. A key benefit of this was having one single source of truth for the business to rely on and prevented manual duplication of data across multiple risk management systems.

Increased health and well-being by providing Podiatric treatment to high-risk patients. Treatment was administered in a variety of both community and clinical settings.Building rapport with patients and effectively communicating with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals was key to succeeding in this role.Key Achievements:• Increased medical appointment availability to the community by managing a project to review and develop patient assessment criteria which was aligned with internal policy and government guidelines. A subsequent benefit of this project was providing educational material to individuals so they could monitor their own health.
