  My duties at SITM included answering a lot of incoming phone calls from customers with IT faults or requests. It was my job to ensure the call was logged correctly, accurately and to the right engineer. I had to ensure all engineers had the right work for their knowledge base and ensure they were logging all of their billable time correctly. Another part of my role was to ensure minimal time wastage for engineers by giving them the correct work for their knowledge. I was in charge of the helpdesk emails where our customers would email in with issues/queries. We also had server monitoring emails coming in to ensure everything was working as it should. I learnt a lot about the importance of great customer service, along with time keeping/management here. I also learnt some basic knowledge of IT which allowed me to help customers with a first time fix when I recognised their issue. Show less

I studied my NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy at the City Of Bristol College and completed it in just over a year with lots of practical assessments done at the salon. I progressed into a full-time Beauty Therapist offering a range of treatments and built up my client base. My hours were then reduced to part time as the salon no longer had requirement for a full-time therapist. Leading me to look for a full time position. Show less

I participated in junior and senior model nights and assisted in training the new apprentices in their practical work. My proudest achievement was competing and taking first prize in the annual apprentice competition against 7 others, It was judged by young hairdresser of the year Chris Appleton who is now doing hair for the likes of Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez & Katy Perry!
