  Based within the Procurement Team for the Fresh area of Branston, I plan intake of all varieties of potatoes to match the need of the factory using both customer forecast data and our in-house team's forecasting.   Secondment 4: As my fourth and final role with MDS Ltd, I worked at the global headquarters for Syngenta within the Global Third Party Relations team. I provided support to the G3P team on a variety of projects according to their needs by researching, collating and processing up-to-date information on sales, purchases and company profiles. I also helped to implement, test and train colleagues on a new online platform to be used by the Third Party team.

  Secondment 3: I worked at The Chia Co in their UK head office as the supply chain coordinator during my third placement with MDS. I processed all UK, European and North American sales orders and invoices, and liaised with warehouses and logistics companies to arrange transport. I kept track of sales data to help forecast stock levels and then helped arrange production of new stock with our co-packers as needed.

  Secondment 2: I worked at JEPCO as my second placement with MDS Ltd on one their babyleaf salad sites as the harvest manager. I checked the orders, planned the harvest areas for each crop (20 different babyleaf crops across the site), and coordinated the harvest team and other agency teams when required. I also provided forecasting for upcoming crop availability (some of the leaf types took just over two weeks to go from seed to full maturity during the peak of the summer).

  Secondment 1: As my first placement with MDS Ltd I worked as one of the intake and stock coordinators for Flamingo Flowers Ltd for their luxury hampers department (M&S hampers) during their largest Christmas peak to date. I helped coordinate deliveries, booking stock in, communicating arrivals of goods to the correct people and moving stock to correct locations in the warehouse (keeping best before dates and batches in the correct order). I helped facilitate the introduction of a new system for booking in stock and its movement to location with a new scanning system.
