I worked with Mike Thomas at Capital C as a QA Analyst on various web and mobile projects and reported to him directly. It was very easy to work for Mike. He is highly detailed and knowledgable of industry best practices and is a true advocate for Quality Assurance. He is very passionate about quality and understands the importance of end to end process in delivering quality. He definitely has a no nonsense approach when it comes to ensuring all teams (not just QA) adhere to processes to ensure a flawless product. I would definitely work with Mike again in the future.
