I worked with Imelda at Tektronix and then again when she was the VP of Marketing at LegitScript. Imelda is a brilliant, creative, and strategic leader and team builder, the type that lifts up and empowers those around her, enabling and encouraging them to perform at their best. An absolute professional, her guidance with employees or vendors is clear and direct so that expectations are known, and yet she is approachable and collaborative. Her varied background means that she has a deep understanding of all aspects of marketing, asks great questions, pokes at the important issues, and provides trusted insight. Notably, in working with her team, I was struck that not only had she pulled together an extremely talented staff, but that they were kind, thoughtful people who worked together well, which I saw as a reflection of the tone that Imelda set daily.
