  Responsible of the Health, Safety, Environmental follow up and increasing the HSE service quality, set the General Recycling Culture and protecting the environment. Work to have a safe and Zero incident workplace. • Investigate all injuries and property damage incident and accidents. • Inspect work areas for safety compliance use accident analysis to determine trends and unsafe activities. • Conduct safety induction, Coordinates, executes planned safety training and awareness program. • Conduct safety audits, safety inspection. • Schedule HSE training program for all employees. • Review safety performance statistics and initials actions for improvement with the approval of the Area and Regional Management. • Conduct and carry out incident, accident investigation. • Entering the Stop Cards on system and keep its records. • Keep Record of Injuries, property damages, Fire. • Accident incident investigation and reporting. • Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company staff. • Daily inspection of crane and scaffolding. • Make monthly inspection of moving equipment’s and fire extinguisher, ladder etc. • Closely observation to make sure that first aid welfare facility properly maintained. • Equipment’s are provided and properly worn. • Strictly implementation of better housekeeping for the job site. • Manage and control the facility recycling and waste management procedures and process • Represent the company with local and national health, safety and environment bodies. • Manage the handling and use of hazardous substances, all assessments to be reviewed annually.• Set up Drive rights and download it (within the company and Third party) and follow up its process, take corrective actions if not respected.
