  I work with clients is crisis, actively suicidal, hearing voices. I mainly work with clients detoxing off of drugs and alcohol. I am their for emergency services, cardiac arrest, seizures etc; I deal with intake, obtain vitals and evaluation of detox clients. I take report from clients and pass information onto the charge nurse, who then passes it onto a Dr. The Dr. gives the nurse med orders for that client depending on what their detoxing off.
