In this project I was Network and Management Architect and IMAN was in charge of project planning and control and then he promoted to be the project manager's vice president. Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company (BIPC) is the largest Petrochemical Company in Iran. IT services are really important and vital for BIPC. DaaNaa signed a contract with BIPC in order to design and implement IT service management system based on ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000. Based on this project, a new IT Service management system designed and implemented successfully. Finally, on 28th of September, BIPC achieved ISO/IEC 20000 certificate as the first petrochemical company in Iran that has this popular certificate.
