  RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Liaise with transporters, forwarder, shipping agents and other transporters on rates negotiation and booking confirmation for export and import shipments. b) Ensure shipments deliveries are on time and planned schedules are achieved. c) Courier original shipping documents to customers and provide a copy to Sales & Marketing department. (if required by customer) d) Ensure proper filing of shipping documents and update CIPL folder and E-invoicing listing for each shipment. e) Verify transporters, forwarding and shipping agents’ billings. f) Preparing duty draw back documentations to Account department for Customs submission. g) Liaise closely with Sales & Marketing & Packing team for shipments arrangement. h) Prepare invoice checklist upon SPDI completion for Account to proceed invoicing. i) Check and approve draft Customs K2 form / Bill Of Lading from forwarder prior original copy issued. j) Prepare Certificate of Origin for customer (if required by customer). k) Provide freight estimation (sea and air) upon Sales & Marketing department’s request.
