A very reliable, highly skilled strategist, Ilze was a stronghold of our strategy team, I was always happy when she was assigned to a project I had to work on, because I knew we were in safe hands. Ilze was also brilliant at managing her managers, she was dealing with people in high leadership positions, which for many would be a challenge to handle, but not for her. But what I loved about her the most was her big heart and generosity towards her colleagues, she was very perceptive and supportive with everybody, independently of their ranks. We miss you Ilze!
