Research projects for corporate clients in semiconductor industry:- Development of a multi-physics model of a LPP EUV source. The model includes CFD, plasma physics (ion stopping etc), volume chemistry (production of hydrogen radical, tin transport), surface chemistry (optics lifetime and cleaning), radiation ray tracing (thermal loads).- Supported use of the model at a client company.- Conducted trainings and workshop on use of the model.- Carried out a number of topical numerical research projects on various aspects of EUV sources (tin transport, droplet transport, particle release, heat transport, ion stopping)- Development of numerical methods and performance optimization.- Reporting on project progress and results.
