I was a customer of Ilse buying remote control for our platform. We had a decision to change our remote control from an off-the-shelf to a custom one. It was a complex work as the design and features of the product changed quite a bit. Ilse was amazing to clear the path for all complexities, she helped us design the new RCU, recommended features from functionalities to the material of the RCU while making sure the commercial targets we set were met.
