Camp counseling is a position which fosters many professional skills, such as responsibility, patience, and flexibility. My experience gained through summertime includes solving conflicts, adapting to the needs of various campers, and enhancing their ability to work with others.Also, the ability to work as a team player and build a sense of community helped me build strong connections and has opened my eyes on true values and gave me the new definition of lifelong friendships
