My role as a Senior Project Manager, alongside project delivery, is to support Head of Delivery in refining Agency processes, actioning improvements and supporting New Business wins during Pitch stage. Day to day, I lead a multi discipline team to deliver all stages of project lifecycle across Key Clients, in charge of annual spend of circa £1m across the accounts. Collaborate with the Client and Strategy & Experience Teams to establish the product roadmap; estimate effort, plan & deliver the features, plan resourcing, complete documentation, onboard new team members and run kick off sessions when any new work streams are starting,Manage dependencies, risks and issues on complex, multi work stream projects. Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, allowing for risks and issues to be escalated and resolved in a timely manner, Create and maintain all project documentation - Project Plans, Statement of Work, Resource Plans, Billing Plans, Status Reports etc,Hold all Scrum Ceremonies, when delivering in Agile, and adapting it to suit Waterfall delivery if needed, Provide efficient status & progress reports, including software demo’s to all stakeholders, to allow transparency and to manage client expectations; provide internal reporting on project health and financial performance,Working with the Client and the FT Team to optimise Ways of Working,Work with multiple third party service providers to integrate key features into the Apps, and collaborating to resolve issues and provide support.
