• Handling the management of new permits/extension of company groups (OSS, TDUP, SIPA, SLF, IMB, Andalalin, Izin Lingkungan, IPLC, TPSB3 etc.).• compiling environmental management reports (UKL UPL) per semester.• make a quarterly investment activity report (LKPM)• assisting the Legal Department in handling police reports, court cases/litigation related to licensing issues.• Monitor, review, submit, maintain and close documents related to all company licenses.• Evaluate and coordinate the development of licensing and all vendors.• Coordinate with relevant ministries institutions / institutions in terms of required legal documents. (BKPM, KEMENLH, PTSP, etc)• Make PR/PO at oracle system, Recording, Filling and completing documents carefully, preparing and checking documents, invoices, etc.• Make weekly / monthly reports.• Conduct research on the latest regulations related to business activities.
