Management of the tender process for the selection of a general contractor/contractors for all necessary parts of construction, supply/production of furniture and equipment; • The organization, control, and support of the construction process, control over compliance with agreed budgets and project deadlines; • Conducting technical supervision over all stages of the construction process, monitoring the compliance of the actual performance of work and the supplied materials with the working drawings; • Control over the maintenance of as-built documentation, support for the delivery of the performed work to the Customer, and the commissioning of the facility. Achievements: Successful implementation of a number projects. Among them are offices for such companies as Borjomi (3000 sqm), Wix (three offices 400, 1700 and 2500 sqm), Corteva (2500 sqm), Henkel (1600 sqm), Goethe Institute (together with Turner & Townsend, 600 sqm), Microsoft (1500 sqm); and reconstruction of the administrative building of the Corteva factory (600 sqm).
