  For the past five years I have managed 252 apartments in a hi rise building and 168 garden apartments. I handle collections and meet monthly goals. File on residents and process for eviction when necessary. Post rents onto resident accounts through Yardi Voyager. Take resident concerns and seek solutions. Enter work orders and make sure they are handled properly and meet resident’s satisfaction. Conduct check-ins with new and current residents and maintain a rapport with them. Take on call once a month in case of emergencies onsite. I process lease renewals and conduct check-ins to ensure residents are satisfied and take their feedback into consideration. Host monthly resident events, from sip and paint socials, movie nights, active liaison for Girls on the Run, Bingo nights, Karaoke, and more fun for residents to enjoy and social with their neighbors.
