I’m Ilene Tanen, "Keeper of the Flame." Tanen is a tightly targeted, creative and production resource for companies desiring a result – whether it’s to acquire new customers, educate and motivate employees, increase revenue from existing sources. We excel in the financial services industry (every dollar counts!), as well as in the healthcare industry (we understand complex compliance) and employee communications (every companies’ most important customer!). In 30+ years in business, we’ve done great work for all kinds of clients, big and small.We’ve boosted sales by 560%, increased response rates by 400%, achieved conversion rates as high as 88%. We use whatever channel is best for the job – digital, social, video, print, mail. In the fickle world of agency-client relationships, our clients tend to be long-term. A few: Mastercard (20 years), PepsiCo (13 years), Bausch + Lomb (6 years), all project based. Employees, too, are long-term, with most of the staff 10+ years. The longevity of our clients and employees say volumes about the agency. It’s what I’m most proud of.
