I was fortunate enough to work with this exceptional lady at IBM. Ildikó showed exceptional dedication an puts a lot of extra research and effort to her work because she's genuinely interested in whatever she does. She set the bar high to me too, and we were growing by inspiring each other. Anyone should consider themselves lucky if the chance comes along to work with her. She has an extremely friendly, non-judgemental, opened personality that makes working together a pleasure. Ildikó is an an obvious choice for any position given her loyalty, hard work and very adaptive approach.
