  I worked on TV series, Raised by Wolves, managing the teaching team. The Child actors where between the ages of 2 and 15 years old and where from England, United States of America, Australia and South Africa. I liaised with students schools in their home countries and determined what work needed to be covered and I planned and delivered lessons in Maths and Science according to each student’s individual curriculum. I mange a team of 7 teachers and child minders ensuring work are bing taught to a high standard. I tracked the progress of all students and reported back to their schools as well as write weekly feedback-reports on the students wellbeing and progress. I also made sure we adhere to the Labour Laws of all the different countries.

  Work extensively with the 4-year-old who has special needs to help her catch up to her peers. Specifically focused on the Early Years Foundation Phase alongside gross and fine motor development, language development, cognitive deployment and social and emotional development. I accompanied her to nursery daily and helped her to access the curriculum. I liaise with Physiotherapists, Behavior therapists, Speech and language therapists and her Pediatrician to ensure her continues development. I also supported the academic, social and extracurricular activities of all 5 kids, especially the 5-year-old boy needed a lot of support in his school work with reading, writing and spelling. I focused a lot on developing his hand, arm and core muscles which interned helped with his handwriting. This was done by doing fun activities and exercises. Focus was also applied to his reading, using a wide variety of techniques to help him. He is now a much more confident and happy boy and his teachers has seen a dramatic improvement in his school work and grades. I also supported the older 3 children in keeping classroom work up to date and ensure home work was done up to a good standard as well as tutoring them in host of subjects and liaise with teachers about all children’s progress. Arranging and attending extra curriculum age appropriate activities. Encouraging good behavior, manners and independence. Made sure all nannies met the needs of the children.
