I had the pleasure of working with Ikshitha when she was at Unilever as we were in the same ULIP programme. Throughout this time, i've known Ikshitha to be a very driven person who was quite clear about her goals and aspirations. Whereas while working on projects I've noticed at many instances she was never hesistated to take on leadership and was very confident in her conduct. Ikshitha is a personality of many calibres with astute observation and a very credible team-working skillset. I was able to personally work alongside her during my tenure as a fellow ULIP Intern at Unilever Sri Lanka where we were both tested in various team-working and critical-thinking activities in both groups and individually. Personally from experience, I'd say she possesses a dynamic leadership ability in which she is able to utilize each member's strengths by acknowledging their weaknesses and helping overcome them which enables the team's growth overall.
