  Telkom MBKM internship program provides opportunities for talents (or apprentices) to participate in various types of digital innovation projects. This internship program is carried out for five months which is divided into ten time periods which are also known as sprints. One sprint is a two-week period where the talent and other team members are required to achieve shared Key Results (KR) that have been set by the Tribe Leader or project supervisor. The Tribe Leader leads a large group (named a tribe) which is further divided into smaller groups called squads. In each sprint, the talent will work together with other talents in the squad. After two weeks have passed, talents have the opportunity to move to different squads, tribes, and even projects. Thus, talent is expected to be able to develop both hard skills and soft skills because they are exposed to projects, team members, and leaders who are always different. Apart from being supervised by the Tribe Leader, talents will also receive guidance from a mentor whose job is to develop talents so they can easily adapt to the dynamics within the tribe. Unlike the Tribe Leaders who tend to change hands, talents will only have one permanent mentor throughout the apprenticeship program. Show less
