  As a training and development expert, I help CYNOX to: • Create and implement annual training plans, schedules, and objectives for the CYNOX • Choosing appropriate training methods and outsourcing the best facilitators for clients, whether virtual or physical training • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session in order to assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training. • Partner with internal stakeholders and collaborate with experts regarding instructional design and delivery. • Research, manage and maintain in-house training facilities as well as recommend new training methods. • Keep training records and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement. • Deploy a wide variety of training methods and oversee the production of training handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals. • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs; stay abreast of the new trends and tools to ensure that CYNOX meets the business goals of her clients. • Work with the CYNOX Management Team to manage the training budget, increase success and ROI periodically, and report on them. • Determine new opportunities, partnerships, and business models needed to more than double CYNOX revenue. • Create and suggest a marketing and sales strategy to engage different stakeholders and increase customer acquisition.
