  Roles and Responsibilities • Sending daily stock reconciliation report for CAPITAL Oil, and any other loading Depot to inventory department. • Reconcile physical with SAP daily i.e. system balance. • Ensuring all waybills are signed and stamped by Vendor’s Representatives and necessary Government agencies (PPMC, PPPRA, DPR etc). • Signing off properly dispatched waybills and issuing of return waybills. • Proper filling of gantry information of loaded truck(s) and send to customer service in due time. • Monitor waybill generated for 3rd party and ensure prompt dispatch for all product. • Ensure all dispatched self-collection waybill gets to customer service for PODs. • Ensure DLDS is sent to customer service for posting for all physically dispatched trucks. • Resolving issue on loading at 3rd party depot but if cannot be handle escalate to NDC • Handle issues on behalf of my company at the various levels Show less
