  As Chief Engineer, I created the institution's technology based infrastructure which is comprised of digital video, voice and computer network. The technical footprint has since stretched out to satellite campuses in three counties and four cities. Since 1995, my decision to pioneer and install the use of Interactive Video Technology into our classrooms, allowed students to learn in technology-enabled flexible learning formats and boost our branch to lead the way in this area ahead of our main campus.As Manager for the Media Technology Office, my role is to facilitate and manage multimedia technology in the teaching environment throughout three southern Arizona counties. This involve staff supervision, equipment accountability, student and personnel training with equipment and software, facility design, audio and video production, computer/network installation and repair.As a leader in this field, I have successful in project completion, information gathering, resource development, and collaboration with trade industry and educational professionals throughout the world.
