Yi has shown excellent knowledge in advanced IT systems. She learns quickly new systems and finds quickly connections between systems and creates reports, statistics, forecasts etc. Due to her language skills she was able to find out easily excisting custom requirements to several countries. She showed deep interest to understand the products and the business at Norsqvist Oy which helped at lot in our daily routines. As a person she is very helpful, innovative, suggesting new ways to routines etc. Her attitude on new things is most positive.
