IIM Indore has proudly completed a year of Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management. The students have an excellent understanding of HR/IR functions and have a sound grounding in analytics, having completed courses in R, experimental methods, Neuroscience, labour laws, social network analysis, and qualitative methods. The batch has also acquired certifications in Hogan Psychometric Instruments, SHRM HR- Business Partnering and Design Thinking for HR. We have associated with brands such as ICICI Prudential, L&T Defence, Edelweiss, Kotak Mahindra, Crompton Greaves, etc. for our summer internship program where the students have taken up projects across all the domains in HR such as Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Industrial Relations, etc. Show less
