I serve as a founding executive that oversees the information technology needs of T-CETRA, a leading financial technology solutions enabler. We connect premium service providers to retailers, helping them increase sales, mitigate risks, and more effectively serve their customer base with a secure, cloud-based payment solution. As CIO, I create business value through technology, ensuring our tech systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business goals. I manage IT and development team personnel, approve vendor negotiations and IT architecture, and establish IT policies, strategies, and standards. My team is comprised of innovative problem solvers that implement and manage data security benchmarks throughout the organization. Like most entrepreneurs, we utilize agile methodologies to ensure we are prepared for the constantly evolving IT and security landscape. I pride myself on being laser focused on our customers’ needs as well as cultivating the right company culture, ensuring that our employees have the right training and opportunities to not only contribute to the company’s success but their own.
