  I started working at Menzies in December 2016, since joining I was tasked with providing quotes to our courier customers, since then my duties have been extended to handling Dangerous Goods quotes and serving as an advisor to AMI customers, ensuring any quotes that converted to live shipments are adhering to IATA regulations as well as carrier regulations. Furthermore, I have also been given the opportunity to handle some of the companies key accounts, identifying issues and helping day to day operations run more smoothly, handling invoicing queries and general customer service duties. Operational duties are minimal and mostly consist of supporting operational staff.

  I joined MNX Global Logistics as a Logistics Co-ordinator, where I primarily handled AOG shipments as well as less urgent aircraft spares, from the point of providing quotes to arranging collections and export.
