      Como Gerente de Projeto, implementamos o programa de conformidade à LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais na POUPEX. Esse trabalho foi segmentado em fases:• Formalização dos processos de negócio e de tratamento dos dados pessoais;• Data Discovery – Descoberta das bases de dados que possuem dados pessoais;• Data Ingestion – Extração dos dados dos sistemas de origem através do motor do MDM – Master Data Management para a identificação do titular único;• Gestão de dados não estruturados – docs, planilhas ....Todo o trabalho foi realizado com 100% de sinergia, engajamento e parceria entre a MD2 e a POUPEX em busca do objetivo final, demonstrar diligência e buscar a conformidade através da melhoria contínua.Como conjunto de softwares, utilizamos a suíte IBM Information Server (DataStage, QualitStage, Information Analyzer e Governance Catalog), o StoredIQ para a gestão de dados não estruturados e como ferramenta de governança para a documentação dos processos de negócio e tratamento de dados pessoais utilizamos o MD2 Quality Manager.Tão importante quanto utilizarmos o ferramental e metodologia ideais foi capacitar a equipe interna para a manutenção do trabalho e melhoria contínua.

      Como Gerente de Projeto e Líder técnico LGPD, implementamos o programa de conformidade à lei no cliente Extrafarma. Para isso criamos a visão única e coorporativa dos titulares (Funcionário, Cliente e futuramente fornecedor) fazendo uso da metodologia MDM – Master Data Management. Nesse trabalho foram integrados 9 sistemas com um total de 32.000.000 pessoas que após passar pelos processos de qualidade de dados, enriquecimento e sobrevivência correspondiam a 10.800.000 de titulares únicos. Esse por si só foi o primeiro objetivo alcançado pela equipe do projeto, conhecer de fato o nosso titular e qual o perfil de relacionamento que mantemos com o mesmo. Em paralelo foram documentados no Quality Manager 68 processos de negócio com um total de 612 tratamentos de dados pessoais, onde foram mapeados os dados tratados, os dados sensíveis, os riscos associados, as hipóteses legais e os compartilhamentos.Todo o trabalho foi realizado com 100% de sinergia, engajamento e parceria entre a MD2 e a Extrafarma em busca do objetivo final, demonstrar diligência e buscar a conformidade através da melhoria contínua.Como conjunto de softwares, utilizamos a suíte IBM Information Server (DataStage, QualitStage e Information Analyzer) e como ferramenta de governança para a documentação dos processos de negócio e tratamento de dados pessoais utilizamos o Quality Manager.

      I am a project manager and technical leader for MDM's Products and Suppliers of the Rede D'Or São Luiz, the largest Brazilian health care group. With more than 35 hospitals, where each one has its own specific particularities, a single product/supplier has many IDs. To create a unique ID we used the MDM “Master Data Management” methodology. With this methodology, the data governance is centralized and all corporate sectors are benefited. The crucial outcome that we will accomplish is to integrate all information into one system. Another goal my team is trying to achieve is reducing the time in the registration process. With this renovated system we expect to be 35 times faster. Since the data is inserted or updated in the core system, it is validated and replicated to others systems.Besides developing part of the integration processes, it is also my responsibility to support the other consultants in both business and technical issues. The softwares that we utilized are the IBM suite (DataStage, QualitStage, Information Analyzer and CDD – Change Data Delivery) and as a governance tool for making key decision, we utilized QlikSense and a customized JAVA website.

      I worked as a project manager and a technical leader in the MDM’s Product at ESSILOR, a French company with offices in more than 100 countries, with numerous Data Bases each one with its own particularity. As each product had several IDs, the MDM “Master Data Management” methodology, was used to create a unique ID. With this methodology, the data governance was centralized and all corporate sectors were benefited. Another desired goal for the project was to reduce the time launched of the products. This goal was achieved with a renovated system, since the product is inserted or updated in the core system it is validated and replicated to the others systems. It is crucial to see now that, all data base systems have the same information.Besides developing part of the integration processes, it was also my responsibility to support the other consultants in both business and technical issues. We also followed the original deadline to ensure quality control. The softwares that we utilized are the IBM suite (DataStage, QualitStage and Information Analyzer) and as a governance tool for making key decision, we utilized Tableau and a customized JAVA website.
