      The last and current challenge in my working career in the Sector for Financial Affairs, Legal Affairs, Development and Investments in M-NAV GOJSC, Air Navigation Service Provider, as an independent budget control advisor for me is a new area, a new segment in which I managed to introduce several new financial statements (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual) with which I successfully inform the board of directors, the supervisory board and Government of Republic of North Macedonia about the real situation of the company in terms of inflows and outflows of funds, cash-flow, planning and realization of revenues and expenditures, as well as preparation of financial plans. Also, the communication with the competent state institutions has improved, the coordination has increased, which results in the stabilization of the company. Show less
