      In 2015 I was then offered to join the country Leadership Team to take a custom combined position of Commercial Operations & Customer Care. This role has kept me and my team in constant action. Keeping data at the heart of everything we do - structured customer feedback, advanced analytics, competitor monitoring and campaign results - had led to improved Next best offer pricing on the individual level, significantly improved customer retention process, reduced inbound contact ratio and increased Hit Rates for sales campaigns.
