I would like to share my experience as a co-woker with Nacho and allow to each business manager to found a partner like him on their road. I worked closly with Nacho during 6 years in Envac firm. Professionnaly I found a faboulous man very implicated in each project and who was a primordial Key for their success. He is someone, pragmatic, very efficiency and an hard worker. He has a good general view on each part and step of the project. I mean that he has a technical and a financial analysis since the born of the project until the realization. He is a real orchestra conductor. In rush period, and it was the case 200% of the time, he perfectly know to manage priorities and keep a cold head and resist to the external pressure. In addition to protect the interrest of his team, he is close of it and knows perfectly the special skills of each collegs and knows to use it efficiency. 😁. To work with him was easy because,once if we explained him a project for the first time, he knew it better than us... I could trust in his work of the closed eyes and during pressure period and crucial phases of projets was extremly important. Each project done together was crazy, he was very implicated, always available at any hour and sometimes late during the night to be sure that evething was going well. Six incredible years spend to work with him!!! About the man now, I found a collegs but a very good Friend too. A very nice guy, human, engaged, listening, curious and careful to other and always available to drink a beer and walk into the street of Madrid after work 😜.

I've worked with Ignacio for 5 years and he has proved to be an excellent professional and problem solver Engineer. And on the top of it a great colleague and boss to work for and with. I've seen him taken the position of Head of the technical department and he has shown an extraordinary leadership from day one, dividing the job with great efficiency. He has also been able to adapt to the changes like welcoming the new era of BIM. He learns very fast. I would always want Nacho as the leader of my department.
