      After all my years of experience, I have designed this postgraduate Seminar to guide Master's degree students through International Cooperation's main methodologies and provide practical tools to help them transform ideas into sound and competitive Projects. I mainly work with European Union and Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) methodologies.I also guide participants through searching engines to look for international funding opportunities. One of the most exciting parts is the Workshop module, where students are able to put into practice all lessons learned and build project design tools themselves, simulating a real project environment.
