  Overseeing the Design, Construction and Facilities department for XWell since 2017 and collaborating with senior leadership and cross functional departments (technology, operations, and marketing) daily. Developed initial schematic designs for all locations and hired AOR’s and EOR’s to develop construction documents. I oversaw the entire design process for each location, reviewed drawings are various phases of development to ensure accuracy to prevent future change orders during construction.Rebranded the entire look and feel of XpresSpa, Treat and XWell, while creating brand standards and conceptual presentations for airport approvals and RFP submissions. Developed the first covid 19 testing center at JFK airport, which lead to the expansion of XpresCheck. During a short 8 months, I designed, managed and set up 14 Xprescheck locations nationwide during the pandemic. Performed weekly site visits to all project locations in construction to ensure construction, quality of work and project schedule were being met. Weekly project budget reviews occurred internally to ensure projects were not exceeding set budgets. Weekly calls with contractors and vendors occurred to discuss issues, challenges and project delays.
