As important part of Digital Transformation effort, Bluebird grow the IT team to acquire modern Software and Product Development capability. My responsibility is to transform Project Management team to Product Management team, coaching formerly Project Manager to learn discipline of Product Management. The Product team was started as you-can-count-with-your-finger size and then grow as 25 strong team, covering 3 important role: Product Manager, UI/UX designer and UI/UX researcher. Setting up the Product team is just one part, the more important aspect of my role was to setting up Product Management culture and overall Agile Product Development together with Engineering and Data Team. Some highlight we achieve:+ MyBluebird handover from consultant, setup insource team, setup product - engineering culture and proper app release management+ IoT device handover from consultant+ Develop and release IoT solution for GoldenBird+ Plan and set roadmap for Corporate Solution + Enhance and merge Driver App for all type of fleet+ Integrate with more payment providers in MyBluebird+ Develop 3rd party taxi ordering API as Multichannel strategy+ Many more small but impactful achievementsAlong the way, we also develop a series of Guidelines that help us to ever improving our team.
