I had the pleasure of teaching Linda within the BCIT Full Stack Web Diploma, specifically in "Introduction to Software Development" and "Object Oriented Programming". My classes are very intensive and challenging, which can frequently lead to students getting burnt out or falling behind if they aren't constantly on the ball. This challenge has never been a problem for Linda. She is always on the ball, asking intelligent questions, and regularly demonstrated incredible work ethic. Linda consistently impressed me with her dedication to learning. During a project where she had to build an image processing server in Node.js, Linda was very Agile in her development approach. She would ask me for feedback and then iterated on her code, refactoring it to reflect the suggestions I gave. Not only an excellent programmer, Linda has demonstrated fantastic design sense in the UI/UX realm. Linda embodies the definition of a "full stack" developer, and I can say with 100% confidence that she would make an excellent addition to your team.

Linda’s Relator and Activator strengths, as identified through the CliftonStrengths Assessment during the program, were especially prominent during the program. I wish her the best in her future career.
